Pricing questions, answered.

What counts as a chat turn?

A turn is one assistant response. User messages do not count individually; if the AI replies once to a customer message, that is one turn.

Do voice and phone minutes share?

No. Web voice minutes (browser-based) and phone minutes (Twilio inbound) have separate caps so call-heavy weeks do not eat your web voice budget.

Can I bring my own Twilio number?

Yes. Pro and Business support BYO Twilio. We provide the webhook and TwiML; you keep ownership of the number and pay Twilio directly for telephony.

What happens if I exceed limits?

You can opt in to overage pricing per channel, or have the assistant gracefully fall back to a "we will get back to you" mode until the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day trial with full features. We collect a card on signup but do not charge until the trial ends.

Where is data stored?

Conversations and knowledge bases are stored in PostgreSQL hosted in Auckland. We are working on optional EU and AU residency. See our Privacy page for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period. Annual plans cancel at renewal; you keep access until then.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

Yes — contact us for volume seats, custom retention, custom integrations, or a dedicated tenant.
